Taxicab permit holders and persons who do not hold an A-card may become associate members upon the approval of the Executive Board.
Associate members are eligible for all membership benefits,
but may not vote or hold office.

You can also pay by cash or check, in quarterly installments of $36. 

Several members have suggested a reduced dues rate for members that pay every six months or once a year. That sounded like a good idea to us.
Less time spent on bookkeeping is more time we can spend on organizing.
